Metal Day 2016 Post Event Content
In the fast paced world of today, it’s imperative that one has to stay updated with the latest trends and developments so as to remain competitive. This is especially so in the field of Additive Manufacturing, which is constantly evolving. As such, the ‘Metal Day 2016’ event was held on March 17th so as to create awareness about the potential of Metal 3D Printing and how it is positively impacting many industries today.
Jointly organized by Materialise, Nanyang Polytechnic, Creatz3D and AMIC (Additive Manufacturing Innovation Centre), the event featured a comprehensive agenda that enabled attendees to gain insights about the newest, cutting edge 3D Metal Printing technologies, solutions and software updates from renowned industry leaders. As a solutions provider, Creatz3D was present to share our knowledge and expertise about 3D Printing applications as well as address any of the concerns faced by attendees. This was done through the display of numerous Metal 3D Printed samples and models at the venue as well as interactions with the attendees whereby we advised them on machine capabilities and specifications.
In addition, various design and engineering techniques were also shared so as to facilitate better usage of Metal 3D Printing Technologies by users while helping them to expedite their design and production workflow. Most importantly, attendees were also able to enjoy a tour around the Additive Manufacturing Innovation Centre and experience the 3D Printing process first hand, making it an educational and fruitful experience.
